[Business Results] Business Succession for Mid-size, Small & Regional Companies
Hosting Individual Interview-Style CAREER MEETUP Events
Our joint company information sessions are held nationwide in a small-group format of approximately 30 participants. Every participating student can hear presentations from all attending companies, followed by individual interview sessions.
Unlike large-scale events, this format maximizes company-student interaction, allowing mid-size, small, and regional companies to fully convey their appeal, leading to successful new graduate recruitment.
Talent Referrals by Advisors Specialized in Technical Fields
We primarily provide career change support specialized in professional roles. Career navigators with deep construction industry expertise assess each candidate's values and career aspirations to select and recommend the most suitable talent for each company.
By having the same advisor handle everything from initial consultation to job offer, we maintain a structure that minimizes requirement mismatches and miscommunication, achieving highly compatible placements for both companies and job seekers with a focus on post-hire success.
Rather than mechanically introducing numerous companies, our strength lies in carefully evaluating compatibility and proposing only selected companies. This results in high employment rates with minimal referral volume, enabling efficient and high-quality matching.
Building a Smooth International Recruitment System
We conduct weekly classes for international students at vocational schools. Our staff provide practical instruction covering the basics of job hunting in Japan, how to write entry sheets, key points of the selection process, and the overall flow from early-stage preparation to post-offer procedures.
We also invite company representatives for company presentations and roundtable discussions. These small-group roundtables allow companies to see not just language proficiency but also the personality and character of international students, providing valuable reference for their hiring decisions.
