From recruitment strategy planning—possible only through our long-standing industry-specialized experience—to student follow-up enabled by assigning a dedicated advisor to each student, we support solutions to new graduate recruitment challenges.

Hands-On Opportunities

Partnering with many companies, we operate "Science & Engineering Career Lab," a project that shares and lets students experience the appeal of manufacturing through factory tours and interviews with on-site employees.
By making visible and providing experiences of "what working in manufacturing actually looks like"—often hard to see from job hunting information alone—we increase the pool of people who want to work in manufacturing and produce students with elevated perspectives before they join a company.
